All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. A $25 non-refundable retainer fee will be applied to any cancellation. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service total. If there is no card on file, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before any future bookings will be accepted. Repeated violations will result in permanent denial of future appointments.
